Our inspectors are accredited Council-certified Indoor Environmental Consultants (CIEC) through American Council for Accredited Certification, certified EIFS inspectors through Exterior Design Institute and Moisture Warranty; certified as AHERA Asbestos Building Inspectors. EPA approved certification and state registration is required for asbestos inspections and/or testing. However, certification and registration is NOT required for mould inspections or testing services. There is no licensing required for either asbestos or mould inspections or testing services.
