"Zack took out our old furnace, replaced with a new 96% efficient system including all exhaust and intake PVC, Condensation pump, new breaker, wired in a new switch, etc. All this was completed in a matter of hours. "The worst experience ever!!! I would never recommend. They installed a generator a year and a half ago. Power outage in middle of winter. My 94 year mother in law lives with us. No one could come out right away. We have had several power outages since this has been installed. NEVER has it worked. The tech told my husband what size to go with. Now they say it is too small for our house!!!! A manager told my husband just to sell that one. And they can charge us for a bigger size!!! $11,000 is what we paid for that one. dollars later!!! Now today is June 21th 2025 And we have a power outage. and I have asthma very hot day out. So I call again and the lady tells me well we need to do a year check up. And they have to charge us for it. MORE Money for something that NEVER has worked!!! So sounds like I need to get lawyer involved!!!"
