He was able to answer all of our questions and walk us through different options, while being mindful of our budget. Just to highlight what all he did to repair our chimney. A safe working platform was erected. The old cap was removed and the brick was demoed to the flashing. All the brick was cleaned and relayed in tinted mortar to match existing masonry. A new crown was installed with custom stainless steal cage. The chimney was washed cleaned and sealed all debris were cleaned up and scaffolding was removed. We were so happy with the results. We would absolute hire him again."

It is difficult to make a definitive price comparison, as we did not get estimates from other contractors, but we trust Chris—I had hired him for work on a previous house—and feel that his prices were very fair and reasonable. Casement windows are expensive and we expected that; the new ones are excellent. While here to do the windows the guys also moved a heavy chest from the garage up to our second floor, a task we could not have done ourselves. We can highly recommend Chris Jackson’s Contracting. This review should have been posted long ago, but better late than never."
