Throughout the process we have been struck by the craftsmanship, attention to detail, excellent level of communication and clear desire to make us happy (“we just want to see you smile”) that we have experienced. All of the other 5 star reviews have aptly captured the experience that we did, so I will not go into as great detail as I normally would. The design process was easy – our designer asked pertinent questions that helped us hone our visions and thoughts into reality. We felt seen and heard, in terms of defining our wants, needs, finances, etc. Demolition was extremely fast, and the teams made sure to keep the house as clean as possible throughout the entire process. Each person who worked on our house demonstrated a dedication to quality, and whenever an issue arose, it was rapidly addressed and remedied. The workmanship is noteworthy. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."
