"The short version, hire Mr. Munoz and his crew. Details: We had the same 6 crew members show up plus the owner, Jose. Very respectful of our property and even though the house was not being lived in during renovations, they still cleaned up after their work EVERY day. Jose was on site everyday to ensure the work was completed how we wanted it and to address any questions. Finished on time or before with all projects for which we hired him. Very detail oriented and noticed small things. Took our ideas of what we wanted and helped us to create the space exactly like we wanted, giving suggestions and options along the way. For example, we wanted to create a larger shower. He suggested making the 36” door to the water closet a 24” door to give us the space we wanted. I would have never thought of that on my own but it made a huge difference. "I contacted American Home Pride after we had some water damage to our textured ceiling. Jim was able to give us a very reasonable quote over the phone and scheduled our appointment quickly. He was even flexible when I needed to change my original appointment. Jim and his assistant, Patrick, completed the job within a few hours. He even checked in later in the evening to make sure everything looked good after drying. Jim offered to return to fix anything we were not happy with, but there was no need.
