From the initial consultation to the end of the job, they consistently showed up exactly when they said they would and worked extremely long hours to get this project done during four of the most brutal days of the summer heat. They were meticulous and the workmanship And their cleanup of the property and care they took of everything around them. Were they hard-working? They were extremely polite and well organized. It was a pleasure doing business with them. The quality of their work was excellent. All issues with the roof, which was quite complicated because it involved not only an asphalt shingle redo, but also a full flat roof redo with a glue down rubber membrane and string Board installation system. They also redid all of the copper work around the existing chimney and sealed the brick to ensure against any future leaking. Any additional items that came up during the installation were clearly delineated and dealt with fairly with no significant cost overruns. "I would highly recommend SJM roofers. Shaun responded quickly to an emergency call about a leak in my roof. He repaired it but noticed that my roof was in bad shape overall. He showed me pictures and clearly discussed my options. I chose to have him replace my roof. While stripping the shingles, Shaun and crew noticed a major structural problem over a large section. The plywood, rafters and insulation were rotten and there was black mold. Shaun and crew were able to do this major repair immediately and my roof was completed the same day. The clean up was very thorough. Shaun even came back the next day to check the area in the daylight. My roof looks amazing and my house is safe from mold and leaks. Shaun kept me updated with every step and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the project. "Needed to get quotes from a tree that hit my house from the hurricane. Called within the hour of submitting on home advisor. Caesar came out and checked everything out the next day. The office staff (Tania and others) answered all of my questions and explained how the insurance process would work. It took a little longer than they said but that was because of the insurance company. Once everything was approved they came in a day or so at 7:30am and finished by about 4. They stripped and reshuffled one roof (About 2000 sq ft) and fixed the damaged roof that could be repaired over garage. They cleaned up well when they were done."
