We were eager to get the shingles replaced/reattached because more rain and storms were forecasted for later in the day and over the next few days. Mr. Baker came to our house late afternoon of the same day I contacted the company. Earlier that morning, I spoke with someone from another company that was going to charge $375 for an appointment within 24 hours as an 'emergency service call'. The emergency service call would include an inspection of the damage and an estimate for work that would be performed in ~ 10 days. A tarp could be placed as temporary remediation to prevent damage with the forecasted rain, and the cost would be included when the work was subsequentally performed."
