Never once did I feel he was trying to “sell” me anything. He actually told me what NOT to pay for if anyone were to tell me I needed it (unnecessary updates). Today, he took care of a few nails free of charge. He went out of his way to explain how to fix and maintenance some completely not roof related things throughout my home to help remedy my issue - crawl space, storm door, etc. in hopes that I could do it myself to save money instead of hiring someone.
