When they finished, they discovered that our toilet did not use a standard wax ring. This meant they had to make a second trip to our home, which they did the next day on a Saturday morning. I had a Big Deal for the snaking of the drain for $75 and we had agreed on an extra $100 to remove and replace the toilet. They did not charge anything extra for the return trip.
