"Work was drawn out due to our vacation and several unexpected out-of-state funerals. Communication with CGC office staff was 2.5 (on 5 point scale). A payment schedule - when and how much - should have been explained in advance. The work: removed steel bathtub and tile surround, plumbing relocated, new cement board, fancy tile, new plumbing fixtures and glass shower doors installed. Wallpapered dining room walls had light plaster coat first applied to smooth out existing orange peel texture. Excellent attention to pattern matching. Paper waste was minimized."

I asked a friend for advice and called Cindi. She came over and we tried the samples in several locations. She was very willing to do whatever we wanted to help us get the right tile for our home. We are delighted with the finished product. It feels like a new house. They did an excellent job of installing the tile, attentive to every detail. Dave, the owner, was one of the installers. They were all polite and pleasant to have around. We plan to purchase more flooring from them to complete other projects."
