"My husband and I were extremely impressed with Ocala Baths !! Absolutely NO negatives !! The shower replacement is beautiful. Jason and Darian, our installers, could not have been more professional. They arrived on time, explained everything before starting (and throughout), demonstrated a love for what they were doing, and were meticulous cleaning up at the end of both days. Then, the following day (after completion), Cory came to our home to inspect and make sure we were absolutely satisfied. Head and shoulders above any other home improvement service providers we have ever had!"

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

I do think the sales guy should be more involved & offer possible suggestions to the customer, & should stop in during the process. Dan & Shawn knew what they were doing and did a good job."

"The installation of my flooring went incredible!!! I can’t imagine what it may have been like with another contractor with the amount of repairs and unexpected repairs. Terry has great integrity and pride in his work and the finished product. He made sure to check the whole house for dips, sags, and buckled spots in my previous 11 year old flooring before putting the new luxury vinyl in. Terry made sure to explain to me why these needed to be cut away and repaired to ensure the best foundation for new flooring. He repaired water and termite damage to the sub-floor which was a bigger task than anymore could imagine. I could go on and on but to sum everything up if you are looking for a professional, prompt, contractor with integrity you have found your guy!!!!!!! I will be hiring Terry for many more repairs to my home later on down the road."
