"He checked to make sure ceiling joists would support the fans installed both fans and changed out switch very smoothly cleaned up debris that was left and took away ceiling light and old ceiling fan very professional. Also looked at the toilets in bathrooms to try and find proper replacements and will do installation of project. Will definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors

"They did a fantastic job! My husband and I are are totally impressed and pleased with the work this company has done Our floors were in really bad shape after 20 years of high traffic and living near the beach. I was hesitant that the floors could be refinished we were actually looking at vinyl flooring. Wood floors came recommended so we met with them and discussed our issues and our wants. They came in that Saturday and did a little demo to show what a small section could look like. We liked what we saw and thought let’s give it a try. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend them. They made the experience easy and our floors? They look brand new!!"

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."
