"We needed to have a walk-in-shower installed to replace our 20 inch high whirlpool bathtub. Through Angie’s List we found the perfect contractor in Calloway Corporation LLC. The owner Keith stopped by within a day of posting, looked at our layout and what we wanted done and he was back a day later with the estimate which was very reasonable for the work we wanted accomplished. We had to revise the original estimate a few times only because my wife wanted extras added which was not a problem. The owner and his right-hand manager Katherine were more than agreeable and cordial in meeting our needs and goals. The work crew was very punctual showing up every day at 0700, military time, 7:00 am. Retired Navy, what can I say. The demolition phase included R J and Jeremy removing the old walk-in shower and attached closet, removal of the huge whirlpool tub and the large Glass Block Window. Removal of the window necessitated cutting a hole in the siding, removing the old insulation and boards. Luckily, we had two boxes of new siding in our attic for the initial house build which saved us money along with floor tiles that were used to patch and enlarge the floor. Once the backdrop for the new shower was installed with the necessary braces for tie in of the grab bar and teak chair that same day the two carpenters installed new insulation and siding. And honestly it looked as if it was the original work. The carpenters were outstanding. Very meticulous, paid attention to detail, and did not miss one nail on outside clean up. Masters of their Trade!!!! What really impressed us was the way they treated our home with respect putting drop cloths on all the floors leading to the bathroom work area. They also did a top to bottom clean up at the end of each day’s work. The tile setter Rob is a Master of his trade. Probably one of the best tile setters in Delaware. Talk about perfection!!!! His final work looks good enough to be a multi-million-dollar mansion. Our walk in shower looks fabulous. Keith and Katherine provided us with the best sub-contractors in the area. The Plumber, Electricians, and Painters did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterward and took all waste products with them. Not only did R J and Jeremy work on demolition they also built beautiful, sturdy and space saving shelves and put on perfectly closing folding doors, installed new tiles and installed the grab bar and teak seat in the shower and installed our new vanity with all the hardware. Everything came out Beautiful. My wife and I both love what they accomplished for us. I know this was verbose but I wanted to instill in anyone who needs a top-notch contractor and crew who complete a project with pride in workmanship, work ethic and trustworthiness to call on Calloway Corporation for any project. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.

"I promised my self that I would get multiple quotes for my Roof install. I met with many and after carefully reviewing the companies, I hired Atlantic. All the good that they say about Henry is true. But I m going to give Heidi a lot of credit. From the beginning to the end of the roof install, Heidi communication was excellent. She would respond to emails and calls on a perfect time around. I had requested a date for the install to be done because I wanted to be present, my father had emergency surgery and I had to make changes. I called Heidi and requested to change my date. I was concerned that they would not be able to do it because they had their own schedule or would try to talk me into doing it without me. But after she heard my emergency, she said not to worry about it because I had better things to worry about and we would be in contact via email because she did not want to disturb me and we follow up through there. A couple of days later, she followed up on my project and my father. We set a new date at my convenience and we went on from there. The day of the install was done late because we had drizzle but the afternoon and the days to come were going to be nice. Heidi reached out to me the night before and asked if that would be ok and I agree to it. Which makes me think their monitoring the weather to make sure the installs go smoothly. The guys came out and did a wonderful job. Couldn t find any debris or nails. Henry worked on my roof as well. Overall I am very happy and pleased with the install, but most of all, with the great communication that this company applies. I highly recommend them to everyone."

"This entire company- including the workers, crew leader, project mgr... were kind, sharp, professional, communicative, and they truly aimed to please. The crew took great care into the fine details. Every little question, clarification, issue, and request that we made to them was truly completed to perfection. They did a great job. Also we got a superior value. Other siding companies that we got quotes from had quoted us a higher price, without including our other exterior needs. (C3 fixed an issue with our gutters, the screen on our porch, the trim on our garage...) C3 did it all. We got a great value. I'd highly recommend these guys and I plan to use them again for our next project."
