Enclosed off an old electrical switch and covered in plastered it perfectly. He also threw in plastering one crack in the wall. "Howard arrived early.  The picture that needed to be hung did not have a wire but had prongs in the back.  He was able to get the picture secured in about 5 minutes.  He fixed the blinds that my husband had hung on one window and then installed the other blinds.  Howard took off both doors that needed screening and installed the screens. One of the doors needed the door knobfixed and he was easily able to do that.  Last, he used a ladder to climb up on a hard-to-reach area in the foyer and cleaned it.
We discussed his other services which include electrical and plumbing. 
Howard made sure that everything was cleaned up before he left.
I am very pleased.  The only thing that could have been a problem was that he said that Angie's List had no record of my purchase. Luckily, I had my printed copy, which he took.  Howard could have made a big deal of this, but he said he would take care of it.
I will absolutely use him again.

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
