He said none of these concerns interfered with the safety or integrity of our roof, and explained everything in a way that a layperson such as me would understand. In short, Rick said our roof is in great shape and doesn’t need to have anything done at all. He could have simply agreed with the other contractor and racked up more business for himself if he had wanted to do so; instead he didn’t charge me a cent for his time and effort although I would have been very happy to pay for the peace of mind he gave me. "It was a nice experience from start to finish. To Leon there’s no such thing as a small job although later it became bigger because I had all the rotting facia whole or partial replaced . Add to that the relatively new patio roof that was done very poorly and badly by a previous company was also replaced. All these add ons were ok with Leon and the good news is the price was still reasonable and within my budget. I gave 4 stars only because the replacement shingle was a bit off ."
