"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

She worked with me to review the differences between the three companies (warranty, service call back history, ease of finding parts, etc) and select the best unit for my home. They scheduled and installation date and the crew was on time. They laid down drop cloths to protect our new carpeting. The crew was very experienced and the installation was conducted very efficiently. They were done in about 6 hours and did a very nice job cleaning up inside and out. They were very helpful and patient explaining how to use the new programmable thermostat. After living with the unit for a few days, we noticed that the air handler seemed a little louder than the last one. We called Marybeth and she sent out a technician who was able to make some adjustments to the ramp up speed of the motor and the problem was solved.
