"Customer service was top notch. Called late in the morning and they were able to come out that afternoon. The workers called about 20 minutes prior to their arrival and were right on time. Very friendly guys, jumped out and got right to work loading the truck after I showed them what I wanted hauled away. There were two old dog houses under our deck that I was worried they wouldn't be able to get because they were covered in vines that had grown up around them. The guys didn't hesitate and cleared the vines first so they could get to the dog houses. While cleaning out other stuff under the deck they noticed the tip of a gutter that was buried in the ground, grabbed a shovel and ended up digging up four ~10 foot gutters that I didn't even know were there. The worker could have easily ignored it or covered with dirt using his foot and I would have never noticed or known it was there, but again, no hesitation on doing the job right. They had everything picked up in about an hour and were on their way. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has old junk they can't (or don't want to) haul away themselves."

"Kyle does a walk through with you every morning and evening to discuss what's happening and to show you what's done. At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails. "Excellent. The movers were on time and were professionals at this. They were pleasant and helped us relax as they took care of business. Upon request, Badie stored our things for a specific time, and delivered on agreed date. No problem. We also hired them to haul away trash/junk. "We had a few contractors over to give us estimates. It was summer and kind of busy season so they all took a week or more to get back to us. I think EHS were among the fastest, which we appreciated and the least expensive, which we really appreciated. I mean we got one estimate to reface our existing cabinets - 1500. For 2600 or so EHS said they could replace our cabinets with new ones, build a little wall to block the view of our washer / dryer (in our kitchen), and remove some soffits that were wasting space and cramping our kitchen. <br /> So we hired them to do that and more. For expanding the entrance way, one contractor wanted 3k. For the same price, EHS expanded the entrance way, and tiled our shower, and put in new counters and sink, and did some touch-up painting, and installed a couple of ceiling fans, and installed new locks. <br /> Good quality, good price. Jeff and Wes and the subcontractors I met were always polite and responded to calls or messages in a reasonable amount of time. I would use EHS again. <br />"

"Hilton Auto Transport operates like all the other companies. They are brokers that find truckers to move customer’s cars. The trucks are not their employees. The way this industry works is your broker posts the job on an online bulletin board for drivers to see. They take the job if it fits their schedule and meets their financial needs for the trip. The broker is paid their commission and the rest is paid to the trucker directly. Usually bank check or cash upon delivery. We wanted to move a car from the San Francisco area to WV. We had no takers for a week. This was not the fault of Hilton. Truckers seem to be afraid of WV. We changed the destination to a spot in VA that was only 20 minutes away and got an interested trucker the same day. In this industry, you are at the mercy of where drivers are headed. They try to make a load that will be delivered in a cluster for efficiency. You work directly with Nichole and she was good on the phone and tried very hard to find us a truck that would go to WV. We were not in a hurry and we had back and forth emails for a while before we signed up. Once we committed, she was great. Very up front about our particular situation and responded to phone calls. Their commission was reasonable, especially compared to many of the other brokers. The trucker we got turned out to be friendly and very efficient. The entire process was easy once we changed the destination to VA. All in all, we would use Hilton Auto Transport again."

The concrete pavers look great and will last and last, unlike my old wooden deck that was falling apart due to wood rot.
