"We hired Josh when we got in way over our head with our kitchen demo / remodel at our house in Bonita Springs. Although it wasn't our original plan, Josh recommended that to make our previously segmented and disjointed remodel look more 'seamless', the best course of action would be to texture the walls and re-texture the ceiling. It's an older home (1968), so there was already discrepancy in ceiling textures just from decades of changes to the fixtures and layout. All I can say is WOW having UP out there doing everything from the demo , hanging doors, changing plumbing fixtures, and even the beautiful texture work on the ceiling and walls for the drywall has made the undertaking of the kitchen renovation so much better for my brother and I. We still have a while to go with the full renovation, but getting this section of work done fast and to such a high standard by the pros at United Peninsula saved us months of work, to a higher quality than we could have made possible ourselves."

"Pros: The contractors who are sub hired were great. Very professional, good quality work. They knew what to do with some tricky issues we discovered after removing drywall and carpet and a built in book shelf. Cons: They painted over the outlet plugs which looks tacky. The sales person Patricia was very lax in getting quotes over to us. I waited 4 days for the first quote and only received it after I had to call her. We hired them because the price good. Also as we decided to change a few things she initially quoted us on I asked her twice to resend the quote. She never did so we decided to use anther company for the additional work since she could not even give us the new quote."
