"Only communicated by email. While filling up pool, had concerns about the detail work. They let the pool completely fill up and then said they would have to drain it to fix the areas which were not done similar to what our pool had before they resurfaced it. Their attention to detail is lacking. They were also suppose to put the start up chemicals in the pool. They dumped chemicals in but when a sample was taken for analysis, they were not according to what they stated in written correspondence they should be at. I have had to make multiple trips to Pinch a Penny getting my water analyzed just to get it their written instructions."

I requested help from Angie and Sanchez Pool Service was the only one to respond. I am glad that they did, because no one could have done a better job. They called within hours and came the next day to evaluate the problem. They gave me a reasonable quote and stuck to it. They came right on time, and the problem was solved within an hour. They cleaned and treated the whole pool. They even checked my pop-up system to ensure everything was working properly. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied.
