The owner is an ex 20 year property claims adjuster that can navigate you through the complex world of property claims and offer superior service.
"Our experience with Bulldog did not meet expectations. We signed an agreement and gave them our first insurance payment, only to not have any progress made/work done for two months (despite repeated follow ups) until we escalated to their office. Once work finally began, they framed one door incorrectly, corrected it, and then did the second door incorrectly as well. Despite high winds in the forecast, they did not secure the siding materials, causing us to have to chase full sheets of siding through the neighborhood so that it wouldn’t damage our neighbors’ cars. They damaged our fiber internet line, causing us to have to have it replaced by AT&T. They did not measure correctly and did not order enough siding (despite us asking about this on the second day) - They didn’t order more until the following week, and our house was left unfinished for another three weeks."

The installers cleaned everything up and I am pleased with the process. They were very responsive to my emails. The only complaint I have is that some of the communication with them was not as clear and timely as I would have liked. I felt as though some things were left for me to ask about rather than anticipating my questions and concerns and addressing them before I became anxious. "I was VERY disappointed by my experience with DJK Environmental. They had come to me as a recommendation from a realtor, so I thought they’d be good. We paid money to have the asbestos test expedited, which took longer than the timeline DJK gave me and they didn’t even call me when the results were in. They also made a few errors on the quote to remove the asbestos, and again didn’t seem to care about the timeline they had given me or earning the business from us. I had to track them down any time I wanted information . They did not keep me informed about anything which was awful considering the timeline we are on to move into our house. When I got quotes from a couple other companies for the same service, I learned that DJK are price gougers as they were going to charge me 40% more than the other bids. I notified my realtor about the horrible communication, awful pricing & negative experience with DJK to ensure they don’t get business from any of her clients ever again. Stay away from DJK"
