I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. They explained everything to my mom, who was home, and called me to verify what was needed for the repair. The repair on took only 5 minutes. A few months ago, we had another company fix the toilet. Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. They fixed the leak. They were honest, knowledgeable, courteous, quick, and really nice people. I would hire them again and plan to for future projects."

"Robert and his crew did an excellent job! We had a large whirlpool tub in the master bath but no shower. Robert took a look with me, listened to what we wanted and shared his knowledge and ideas. They removed the tub and surround, replaced the space with a large walk-in shower, complete with 2 heads, bench, niches and frameless glass door/panels. All new tile and floor. His price was fair and the communication was great. His crew was kind, hard working and clean! Highly recommend AR Crowell for a bathroom remodel, large or small."
