Turnaround time from estimate to roof completion was 6 days. The first day my roof was torn off, plank replacement where necessary, and shingle application. The roofing team work very efficiently and arrived at 8 am and worked through until 730 pm on the first day. The second day the team installed the rest of the roof, including a dormer that needed flat roof installation. When finished the team cleaned my yard up and ran the magnet in all surrounding areas. Malcolm was extremely quick to respond and was out to my property by the next day for a free estimate and the repairs were completed the day after that. He kept his word, was punctual, professional, and thorough. He made several repairs to my roof that had started leaking during a bad storm. When I inquired about roof replacement (old roof), I feel he was honest with me about the remaining life in my roof and refinishing options versus full teardown.
