Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. "John was very responsive and was out at my house within a couple days to look at the siding issue which was when I asked about the soffit issue as well. He explained what could be done about both problems. He did not try to "oversell" me on things that were not a problem (always a concern for single women dealing with contractors). He called me back promptly with a reasonable estimate. About a week later, he and Paul showed up on time and replaced the siding and capped the soffit so there was not a 2" gap between it and the side of the house. Also, my 85+ neighbor came out and asked them to fix a downspout she had accidentally run into when moving it so we come remove snow from her drive. They kindly did so at I imagine little or no money. I'd have these guys back in a nanosecond if I had further siding issues."
