I had just had the frame painted a week ago, so Scott very carefully removed the frame so as not to damage the wood, put the door back in, and the frame back together. Then. he calked it AND repainted it - you can’t even tell he did the repair! My pocket door works beautifully and my door frame looks perfect! He purchased the door for me, retrofitted the frame, and replaced all the door hardware. I showed him another interior bifold closet door that I wanted to get fixed at a future date and he went so far as to repair it and did not charge me for it. He cleaned up when he was done. When I told him that we could not row away the damaged patio door in the compactor because I would get fined, he offered to dispose it for only $20. He provided an invoice that did not include any surprise charges. I am very happy with my repair and have already talked with him about doing a future painting project for my condo.
