Get matched with top handyman for multiple small projects pros in Odessa, FL

"He was meticulous about his work. He went above and beyond and was kind and patient when I asked him his opinions about other jobs. He offered advice that I never would have thought about. I have a very small kitchen and he gave me advice about how to free up even more counter space than just putting my microwave on the shelves that he hung perfectly for me. Like, installing a magnetic strip to the side of my cabinet to hang my knives instead of having them in their holder on my counter!!! I still have to stain the shelves and he gave me advice about putting a coat of polyurethane over it. I didn t know about polyurethane! He also showed me where and how to screw the shelves in place once I was done with staining and polyurethane-ing them. I hired him for an hour at his normal very reasonable hourly rate. He completed the job I hired him to do, hang the shelves above my stove to hold a microwave and had enough time left over in his hour to hang some floating shelves in my bathroom for me. I have already hired him for another job. His wife Is the nicest most accommodating person to work with as well! They make a great team. I highly recommend hiring Jarrard Handyman Solutions for any and all your handyman needs!!"

"We moved here from NJ two years ago. The one thing we had there was a good handyman. Here, in Florida, we went through multiple handyman services until we found Kao, Affordable Handyman and Building Solutions. All I can say is Five Star. We had a number of projects from hanging a door, installing bathroom fans, installing curtain rods, fixing areas that other handymen broke. He is fantastic. We have already put his number on speed dial and have used him again. It doesn't change. He does the work, is affordable, is very knowledgeable, and super professional. If anyone is in need of a handyman and you don't give Kao a call, you could be putting yourself through uneccessary misery. And, he does the work, and just charges you very reasonably for the work, not the day, as many services require a minimum. We strongly recommend Kao and Affordable Handyman and Business Solutions!! Five star professional handyman!"

"Julio came out and added drywall to the opening of our bonus room. He framed and installed a door flawlessly! He was very easy to talk to and had a great personality. I highly recommend Pro Remodeling for any and all home projects!! Ask for Julio if possible"

"I was hesitant when I placed my rotted soffit and fascia repair project on Angi's list. However, Oscar, from S.O.S. Home Improvements has proven to be a complete professional finishing the job exactly as promised. The project was scheduled for a couple weeks out (he's a busy guy). Oscar arrived as planned, completed the job, left the area clean, and hauled everything away. Definitely responsible and professional. Not only do I highly recommend to use S.O.S. Home Improvements I didn't hesitate to reach out to Oscar after Hurricane Milton. Once again, a complete professional finishing the pool cage repair exactly as promised!"

"This handyman did a great job! He is personable and made sure that the job was done well and to my satisfaction."

"Scott has to be the most professional and nicest property maintenance individual I have hired. The finished work was phenomenal and we were so pleased with the outcome. What seemed difficult to us in repair and trust me we tried, Scott made it look too easy. He updated us along the way and the communication afterward was top-notch. My wife and I highly recommend hiring him for any maintenance/handyman needs!!!"

"Mikolai is very knowledgeable and a hard worker. I had multiple little projects to accomplish to prepare the house to be sold. Mikolai did most of these tasks and was very honest and straight forward with the parts and labor that were needed. He completed all the tasks he started and now the house is ready for the photographer. Nikolai is a great worker and I am so happy with the results. He has a great personality and it was a real pleasure to have him working on my house."

"I own several duplexes and Chey has been my handyman for several years. He has completed things like, putting in floors, toilets, bathtubs, fixtures, doors, fixing plumbing, HVAC piping, painting walls and cabinets. I?ve also had him out at my residence to fix things like my garbage disposal, yard work, etc. There isn?t anything I don?t think Chey can?t fix. He is a jack of all trades. I?m an 86 year old female and I trust him, whether I?m there or not, to get the job done professionally. His smile will when the job over!"
