During the estimate, he identified problems that other firms missed. Neighborhood's pricing was in the range of other bids but included more detailed work and custom building of replacement corbels which no other firm would do. The project lead for repairs and construction was thorough, communicated very well and was a true professional. The repair team included talented craftsmen who were responsive and a pleasure to work with. After a week of curing, the paint team came by and painted the entire house in 4 days. They were equally professional and competent and took real pride in their work. They too were responsive and very helpful. I enthusiastically recommend Neighborhood for house painting and repairs."
