"Great install people, a few issues after install but nothing major. A week after the install, we still have issues with power in one bedroom, some ducting issues, and some small damage to the ceiling. Cooling great overall. 10-15-2018 as of today all issues are resolved, I would use them again."

"The tech arrived between the hours stated. I was able to call him to find out a better idea of what time other than between 3-8pm. He wore a mask and shoe caps was very polite and helpful. He was unable to fix on the first visit because he did not have the part available but said he'd be back on Friday. I called him on Wed since I was off work to see if he'd be able to fit me in. I received a call back and he was able to do the actual repairs then. The dryer works again wonderfully.
