"We hired Bolte Construction for complete remodels of the master bathroom and a kid's bathroom. This involved taking both rooms down the studs and moving everything including plumbing and some electricity, removing an outside window and putting in a new sub floor. The bid at first seemed high, but after getting some much lower bids, we realized the other contractors did not really have a grasp on how much we were going to need done and the quality we wanted.
