"The only other complaint I have is that I had to wait over a week for an appointment. It wasn't a disaster, because we have a back up frig, but it seemed a long time to wait for the initial diagnosis of the problem. The part was then ordered and installed after about four more days, which included a weekend. The technician was punctual, friendly, courteous, and informative. I would also add that it seemed a bit much that we incurred a mileage charge of $46 on top of a $70 service call charge."

"I wish I had used these people earlier. I ordered a part for my dryer and was able through their instructional video to fix it myself. Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way. LOL I may have cut myself through my own stupidity but I did it. it was easy and I did not have to pay a repair man for a simple fix. Thank you so much!"

"Great! The first shelf arrived looking as if a bicycle ran over it and the shelf was broken. I contacted Appliance Zone, they immediately replaced the shelf. The new shelf arrived quickly and I did not have to go through hoops to get it handled, it was wonderful. They even followed up to make sure it went well.
