He even texted me to give me a heads-up when he was headed my way for the appointment. He is a lot more reasonable than hiring an appliance-specific repair man. He tore my dryer apart and had it figured out within an hour for the drum to start spinning again. He also is great about guaranteeing the quality of work he has done. Example: After he fixed my dryer, I discovered it was not heating and only drying with cold air when doing a batch that evening. He came back the following day and found there was one resistor not plugged in tight. He had it fixed within a matter of minutes and did not charge me anything to come back out again and fix it.
