We were considering having new carpet installed but wanted to try having the carpet cleaned to see if it could be restored to a nearly new look. "I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"From the day we walked in the door, we were very pleased.  Elegante was kind enough to send us to their suppliers so we could see the large slabs or granite we needed to make selections from.  Once we made our decision, things happened in a very timely manner.  Slabs were delivered the next day, and fabrication began.  Templating was scheduled for two days later with install the following week.  Elegante uses the latest in technology and has a very experienced group of professionals assigned to each task.  The installers showed up on time and did a great job, cleaning up behind them selves as though they were never there.  During the install it turned out that one of our cabinets was 1/2 inch out of level.  We were unable to reset the cabinet, but Elegante was able to complete the install and make adjustments so that you would never know we had an issue.   They consulted with us at every step, offering up some excellent design ideas that we adopted.  They suggested edge treatments that we would not have considered that made the job perfect.  They went to great effort to make sure the sinks and faucet holes were located in locations that would be most beneficial.   Their work was flawless, their service exceptional, and their pricing very competitive.  We could not be more pleased with the final results of the job they did."

"This started about 2 weeks before Christmas. Our first step was with our sales reps.. Ben and Lori, an amazing helpful team, who listened to all of our wants and our price range. After completing our wish list, Ben and Lori took me thru their stock room to select the granite that I wanted. Although there samples (full sized sheets of granite) were extensive, I still was not finding exactly what I wanted. They then gave me the name of 2 of there suppliers, to give me an even larger amount to choose from. Then we found the perfect slabs. <br /> I had someone at my home to measure and template my kitchen, within 48 hours. Once the templates were done, they had the pieces cut out in two days and were ready to install. Within the same week, we were scheduled for a full installation. We did not only want our counters done, we also wanted a full wall back splash done. <br /> Understandably, that would take more time to complete. But, knowing that the holidays were within days, My installation crew Francesco and Orlando ( two of the greatest craftsman I have ever dealt with), got the entire kitchen done, in the same day. Including the full wall back splash. They worked with so much attention to detail, you would think this was their own home that they were installing in. <br /> At one point I did misunderstood a question that Francesco asked of me, and that caused an area of granite, not to be installed. I explained to Francesco that I did misunderstand him, and he scheduled a date to come back and add the piece where I wanted it. Our kitchen was fully completed right after Christmas Day. And is beautiful. <br /> We plan on haveing all of our bathrooms redone, and will only consider Granie and Marble Warehouse to do the job. We felt that everyone there wanted us to be completely satisfied with our kitchen and their work. We could not be any happier. They provided great value and service, Their teams are all friendly, warm professional and eager to please. From Juan the owner to the crews that did all of the various steps and even cleaned up the kitchen when done. We thank you and are looking forward to working with you again. "<p>Communication throughout the process was great. I like that I dealt with Randy, the owner the entire time. If I had any questions I could text him directly or email. He came out and measured my countertops and got a quote back to me quickly. He answered all my questions and communicated all changes. One thing that came up was the L shape in my counter where one end is very large and bulky and the other is narrow for the kitchen sink. They had to put a seam in to avoid having it break during installation and transit. I was a bit worried but I understood the issue. I didn't need to worry as 1st Class Countertops made sure to match the granite pattern at the seem, made the seem flat and narrow and placed it where it would be harder to see. You can't see the seam unless you're looking for it. </p> <p>As with anything in a home, there were issues that came up with how the builder installed my cabinets. The wall for the counter cantilever was actually too short. 1st Class Countertops took there time to resolve all the issues to make sure the countertops were installed solidly and so I wouldn't have issues later. They put in all the reinforcements I needed to ensure it would last. They hauled away all my old countertops and cleaned up when they were done. Randy and Alex did a great job and I couldn't be happier.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
