"RJ Graham Plumbing was working on a job and scheduled me in for right after they finished the job. They arrived at 4:15, right after they finished the previous job, and worked until after 8 pm until the install of new 50 gallon water heater and all connections and parts were installed and old hot water heater (that died that morning with water all over the furnace room and laundry room floors, which fortunately is concrete and has a drain) removed. They did an excellent job. This company is reliable and we have used their services before."

I worked with Anna for design, who came to the house and immediately pointed out all the little things I hated about my master bath before I could volunteer them. We wanted to do as much as we could ourselves and so he came out and marked the floor where we could dig out and move the basement for ourselves. "Initial call to Brian and Sons was on a Sunday about 1:00 in the afternoon.  Technician called and said he'd be to my house within an hour or so.  Showed up within the time frame.   Did a full inspection of the furnace which uncovered cracks in the heat exchanger.  While waiting for Debbie, the owner, to come over, the technician took all measurements needed to size the replacement furnace. <br /> They came back on Monday with a new furnace, took out the old, hauled it away, and installed the new one.  They were here when they said they would be, and worked diligently to get the new furnace installed, and heat back on. <br /> The installers, were neat, and friendly, <br /> Overall a good experience <br />"

"We had water back-up in our basement and didn't know if it was sewage or just water back-up, since we had recently had lots of flooding in our area. The technician explained that since our house had sat empty for 2 years, all the sludge in the pipes settled at the bottom, and needed to be cleared out. We shouldn't have this problem again. He explained what the problem was, and what he was going to do in order to fix it. And then - we forgot our checkbook, and only had $117 in cash on us - and our total was $145.00. He was just going to accept the $117 and be done with it, but we insisted that we'd pay the next day. This was a great transaction, and we will definitely recommend this company to anybody that needs a plumber. <br />"
