"A woman and man came to the door did not identify themselves I had to ask who they were. I was told that she would have all the materials and equipment to clean. She did not have a proper equipment including brooms and buckets mops and cleaning supplies for hardwood floors in heavy duty Grease . I had to supply all of those. She did not have a foot ladder footstool or did not ask for one and I found her standing on my couch and on a kitchen stool. I ended up having to write out a list for her. I actually didn’t mind that because everything on my list was done. It took her over five hours to complete the job. And the gentleman left her here came back and had to finish with her in order to get everything completed. She spent a lot of time looking at her phone. Overall the work got done satisfactorily but I would not have this service back again.360"
