"I called Water Heaters Only out of desperation on Sunday...Seth @ toll free # was fully aware of our tenants being without hot water for 2 days and was able to get a technician out on Monday morning. Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. The next day, we did have a hiccup with a part but David came out immediately and tweaked the part -- all is good. Here is what I like -- 1. no sales pitch. 2. I wanted a tankless water heater to replace my 75 gallon tank heater but he was the only plumber out of the 8 bids I received that knew the tankless heater - they claim to install 4-8 a week. Everyone else would say incorrect things about the system and installation so I was thinking of just going with a tank heater but after speaking with Kyle and meeting with Mike, I felt confident in my choice to get the tankless. It is working great so far, instant hot water and an app to control it from my phone. The only area of improvement is showing up within the 2 hour appointment window but the quality of work, knowledge and pricing still makes me give 5 stars."

The estimator arrived when expected and took the time to consider various ways to put in the new pipes; we wanted to be able to isolate upstair and downstair bathrooms for planned remodel. (We got a total of three estimates.) The office scheduler arranged for the actual work smoothly and answered a few follow-up questions. The crew arrived 20 minutes earlier than scheduled and got to work immediately. The crew lead was open to my questions and suggestions before work started and even worked in a few minor adjustments while work was in progress, for no added charge. They needed to open walls and ceiling but finished in one day. The interior and exterior were clean when they left. The pipe layout is now simpler. Passed city inspector with no issue. We arranged for drywall repair at my convenience and he did a fine job, too (included in price). I did my own painting and you cannot see any patching. Water pressure now remains smooth -- think of showering while washer or sprinklers cycle!"
