"We contacted Haas Quality Fence Friday 7/12/13, we found the company off of your Angie's List. Steve, that does the field work came out the next day and took measurements. Steve brought our fence out Wednesday 7/17/13 EARLY and started putting the fence up by himself and he completed the installation Sunday 7/21/13. Steve was very precise, perticular, informative and accurate , he used a level on each section on the fence so it would be straight since our house has a little hill where the fence is located. He kept us informed about what he was going to do and about the company and how the company works with quality materials and try to do it right the FIRST TIME. It was very very hot and it RAINED EVERYDAY but Steve was there working in the rain until maybe the lightning started and the downpour of rain made it inpossible for him to continue but he did not complain. He was always very polite and friendly and he got the job done in a reasonable time. My husband and I are very satisfied with the work that was done and with the worker Steve. We would always have this company do work for us if we need more fencing. As a matter of fact the fence looked so good while he was putting it up that people noticed and starting asking him for business ! "Aaron got right back with me after my first call. He came out very quickly and we talked about the repairs. He went to great lengths to figure out economical solutions to my problem with the fencing. For instance, with respect to where the tree branch dented the top rail of the fence, rather than try to sell me total replacement in that area, he came up with a solution to straighten the existing top rail. Also with respect to my driveway gates, rather than totally create new ones, he suggested keeping the frames and adding new chain link and adjusting the gates so they would hang properly. <br /> He set up the date very quickly after submitting his estimate. He and one helper came and worked hard in the heat to get the job done perfectly. He even spray painted the frames of my driveway gates so they would match the new chain link. <br /> They cleaned up after themselves and took all the old material away with them. <br /> They did a super job and I won't hesitate to call them again if and when I need any fencing. I really appreciated his candid approach in coming up with solutions that were economical. He didn't try to up sell me anything. <br />"
