"When it was time to replace my almost-15-year-old water heater, I had to make several decisions. One was the type of water heater I wanted. After doing some digging around online I decided that a hybrid heat pump water heater would be my best choice. I called 7 companies for estimates. 3 of them didn’t want to be bothered. They were the first to respond to my request, their price was awesome, their communication was fantastic and the guys they had to install the water heater were amazing After the installers left, the unit malfunctioned. I called right away, left a message, and got an almost immediate response — and this was well after business hours. It turned out to be a bad circuit board — but Brodway was on it and had it fixed the next day. The level of service I received from Broadway is just amazing. This time I had just had new countertops installed and so needed to have 4 sinks installed/hooked up to get the water flowing once again. "I had called 8 am Friday 9/15/17 and was told would be out between 11 am-1 pm. 1 hour after I called got a call that the plumber would be there within the next hour. Mike showed up about 45 minutes later (at least 1 1/2 hours early). I guess due to hurricane Irma, service was fast. The office calls the customer ahead of time when the Tech is heading to your service address. Mike diagnosed the problem immediately. When our kitchen was remodeled, the person who did the plumbing under the sink cut the pipes too short and they were lose. Mike re-cut the pipe and secured the other pipes. So far no leaks. Mike was here for no more than 45 minutes. He was very polite and did an excellent job. If I ever have another plumbing problem, Dunstan & Sons Plumbing from Leesburg, FL would be the only company I would call. Very trustworthy and professional company.
