"I would HIGHLY recommend G&G Roofing for ALL roofing needs! They were patient with all of my questions, they were 100% responsive with all our issues and they were very professional! From the office staff to the project manager (Jimmy Ollie) managing the hardworking crew with inclement weather-every aspect of the company was managed expertly!"

"Come out for estimates was good. Ending cleaning and new roof looks great."

"Hired them to put a sealant on my metal awning roof on my back porch. They came and were proficient at doing the job and promised that if there were any leaks, they would come back and correct them. I had a couple leaks about a month after they came back and applied some tape on the underside to stop the leaks. This did not work so I called them again and asked them to come back to fix the leak I’ve been waiting for a couple weeks. They promised to come this week, but I have not heard from them. I realize they are busy, but I’m tired of having stuff wet on my back porch and that’s why I had this Done. It would be nice if they could give me a date and time when they could be here as I am leaving to go out of town on the 15th of this month."

"Roof looks excellent, would highly recommend. Very quick and efficient!"

"I didn't expected it to be finish in one day. I was shocked and in awed how fast they can get it done. Steve go through step by step with the process with to help guide you with insurance and have it ready in a day. I honestly thought it will take weeks but it come quick as it can. Now I can come home and just look the roof and feel safe."

"The guy upgraded everything. The workers were fabulous guys. They came and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up after themselves. They just did a bang-up job when they went into the little room that's in my garage which has my air handler and stuff. They did a great job and I can't say enough nice things about them. It didn't cost me anything because I got it through an elderly situation. They were so fantastic. I went back to them to get the filters and the filters are really expensive like $100 a piece. They were able to give me a sample from a distributor which was lovely. So, I didn't have to pay for the new filter. I would have to do that in the spring again. If they charge me, I will happily pay it because they have more than earned their money as far as I am concerned. So, they deserve to get a mark-up on things that they provide great service on. They were competitive with all the other air conditioner guys in Gainesville and they had the best price. My electrical bill is half of what it was. I would use their services in the future too. I do use them for maintenance and parts as well."

"Great job. From Jeff coming out for the estimate, to the crew installing and Miguel with follow-up. Entire process was very professional. Even was able to have them do a repair for a neighbor as they were out to sign off on the inspection. Will not use any other roofer but Castle int the future."

"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

"Overall the experience was good and the final work done was of good quality. There were a few issues which John corrected after I identified them. John Keller does not require payment until the job is completed. I appreciated this arrangement, it's not that I couldn't afford to pay him right away but it says a lot about the guy's reputation if he doesn't require payment until completion. You would be very hard pressed to find another roofer willing to do that."

"Robert the owner..was on time..very professional..and he did a beautiful job..washed the roof...blew dried the gutters..sealed what needed to be sealed on the roof..then he applied the roof sealant..let the first coat ..dry..then he applied the second coat..cleaned the area...nice guy..A++ work..I'll hire him again..for all my roofing needs...thanks Robert...Jackie..I live in the Villages.."
