However, when there is a company that performs so above and beyond expectations, and does it less expensive than anyone else, and gives customer service that you thought was extinct, then the time comes to crack open the laptop and share that experience with everyone. I am thrilled and excited to share with you our experience with Ross Services. Our pool and patio were in desperate need of renovation, but we dreaded the thought of taking on a construction project in South Florida. Initially we screened about 12 companies on line and narrowed it down to 4 for on-site estimates. We had several issues on top of the new pool resurface and new patio. We had hurricane shutter tracks that needed to be adjusted and steel shutters cut. We had a very large heavy planter that needed to be moved, and we had a tricky drainage issue, as we have a flush walk out onto patio from our living room. Greg from Ross Services was the ONLY one who was able to address and solve all our issues. In fact, after adding all the extra services Ross actually came in with a lower price. Competitors did not come close to all the "extras" Ross provided and which were all included in the quote. Gre g takes his time reviewing all design options, has lots of pictures and even brings tile samples which saves you from having to visit tile showrooms. As a nice bonus they even provide pool service for your pool for 2 months, and Michael with Puya Pools is conscientious and super knowledgeable. Workers were always on time, fast (patio and pool were completed in one week) and professional. Greg kept us posted on what to expect as the project progressed and was always available by phone or text for questions. Thankfully we chose the right company. Thanks to everyone at Ross Services for making this project stress free. We love our new pool and patio!"

"It went pretty well. Had to call a few times to get them to schedule, but I understand being busy. They had one small mess up involving a blower and some concrete dust and my car. BUT it was an accident and I understand accidents do happen. They were very apologetic and offered to clean the car and the garage, no permanent damage was done so it was all good. They did a very good job of cleaning up there mess at the end of each day which I do appreciate very much. Once they started working they worked everyday except one(it was raining) and completed the job on time. The quality of the work is very good. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the exact color and style you want. The crew was very nice, polite and respectful. I will most likely hire them again to do my backyard."

"My old steps were really bad.  Looked bad, steep, narrow tread, wobbly handrail.  A difficult installation, many factors had to be considered that I never thought about.  Involved some exterior plastering eventually.  Stairs are really beautiful now.  The rock facing Irv used is beautiful.  These stairs are such an improvement, words don't express it.  Irv is a great guy, easy going, knowledgable.  Very fair price and a great result.  This is not a simple project by any means.  Very satisfied. <br />"

"The crew started at 7:30 a.m, every day and worked till 4:30 p.m.  Mainly two guys they were very knowledgeable about their work, stripped rotten wood, then put new lap siding over trim around windows and doors."

"The planning and products were top of the line, the minute we walked in to the final completion everything went so smoothly. Our designer Aydee was attentive and extremely helpful for the planning and coordination of cabinet delivery and installation, we used a recommended plumber and electrician they deal with which were very professional. Their granite yard and the team we worked with were helpful in every step. When we chose our granite, they came out to do a template of the countertops and backsplash and before they cut the granite we were informed that we could come down and set the template on the granite as to where we wanted placement of sink and pattern of the granite to be cut.  They were meticulous and I couldn't have done a better matching of patterns myself.  The owner Jay came to inspect work when it was 80% complete to make sure everything was to our liking.  We were very pleased as to the way we were treated from beginning to end.  I would highly recommend them."
