Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "Todd came out right away and gave me an estimate. Within a few days we booked them to do the job and scheduled a date for about a week out. The next day, Todd called and said they could start early if we wanted them to. They came out on Thursday to clear the area and lay the base. The next day they poured the concrete, and left cones and stakes in place for a week, then removed them and finished cleanup. Price was reasonable, work was performed ahead of schedule and everything went smoothly. Would hire again."

"The work looks excellent and that’s particularly amazing because the topography created some challenges. Their work transformed my property from looking dilapidated to looking well-maintained. It is a joy to walk the professional spacious newly designed paths replacing a tiny one I had before. It is a joy to walk the beautiful driveway, replacing the previous crumbling substrate. I had an especially positive experience with the estimator Mark, who not only wrote up the project in detail and expertly, but also drafted a drawing of the work to be done that blew out of the water anything received by the other companies with whom I received bids. Due to his excellent work, and shepherding the project through to completion, which included several visits, Mark really outdid himself and helped the workers to know exactly what needed to be done. The fact that he kindly came back and fixed up some concrete cracks and holes in my steps really blew me away. He also promised to return with some additional dirt. "Great! Jake and Jason were prompt and courteous and did a great job cleaning the fireplaces (one of which was horribly dirty). They put drop cloths down and wore little booties in the house, which we wouldn't expect but did appreciate since we have a big white rug near the fireplace. They were able to identify several issues that were happening and needed maintenance, including a completely broken masonry wall. We hired them on the spot to come back and do all yearly maintenance and fix all the necessarily repairs."

"We cannot say enough good things about Carpentry Plus. We were extremely pleased with their expertise, professionalism, and work. In addition, Brad and his family are so friendly and personable that we felt like they were old friends. We hired them to put vinyl siding on our 2-story wood house and 2-car garage. As the work proceeded we discovered that there was extensive water damage to the wood in several places on both the house and garage. These included the chimney, the three-season room, and the bottom plate around the perimeter of the garage walls. As a master carpenter Brad Green resolved these issues in a creative and effective way. After replacing all the rotted wood in these areas, he installed flashing around the garage and closed-in three-seasons room to help prevent future damage. The three-seasons room was in such seriously bad shape that it almost needed to be rebuilt. All these issues added a lot of extra work and time to the project. Brad let us know every step of the way what was happening with the job and we were grateful that Brad agreed to take the time to do the extra work--well beyond the original agreement. We have not had any water in the garage since the work was completed and we are so happy to have our three-seasons room repaired. And the siding looks beautiful generating compliments from our neighbors. Really great attention to detail!"
