"When looking for a quality contractor to repair your roof you are bound to run into a lot of different salespeople. Avalon was one of three contractors I requested bids from. I won’t disrespect the other companies that came to my home, but if you are lucky enough to get Dan Wright as your sales person - sign the contract. He is not only a knowledgeable salesman, but a wonderful human being. He doesn’t try to strong arm you, doesn’t pressure you into making an answer, and really doesn’t come off that he “has the job” until you tell him he has the job. He truly wants to help you make an educated decision on what is best for you and your home. Everything he told me would happen was delivered by his company. The crew were great. My roof was installed quickly and professionally. I didn’t really find that much debris left over once the job was done. All my leaks are gone. I am completely ecstatic with the outcome and appreciate that Dan kept in contact with me throughout the project and followed up with me after the roof was on. Highly recommend him."

"Overall the projects went well and we are pleased with how things look and seem to be functioning. As can happen in life there was some miscommunication, specifically regarding the gutters, but Montell Construction was great at working through that with us which speaks highly of them, I think. Our only criticism would be about cleanliness. The rooms that had access to the attic had a solid film of insulation over everything after that was installed and took some time to clean. We ended up cleaning a lot of roof debris that fell through a vent in our kitchen multiple time even after we made the crew aware of what was happening. We also spent an evening cleaning up our yard of roof debris about a week after the project. Granted most of it was smaller stuff but it was still somewhat disappointing. So criticism aside, every person I interacted with was very friendly and professional. They were extremely accommodating to our schedules when it came to meetings and were always available for communication. Pricing seemed very fair for the amount of things we had done. We are pleased with quality of the product used for the roof, research suggested it was good stuff. The house and garage look very nice. I would recommended them and would use them again.

"Ron Rose Hickory Ridge Rd I just had my house roofed by OnTo roofing - Aaron is owner & Greg is salesman 248-672-1314 - and they did a fantastic job at a great price on a very steep Ix roof. I called them for repair work, but they gave me such a great price on a new roof that I now have a new roof They were half the price of another quote that I was given by another roofing Co. And the price included tearing off old roof, replacing all the plywood that was damp (I needed 4 sheets of plywood), and caulking. Workmanship has a 20 yr warranty and shingles are Owens Corning and warranty is for 50 yrs. The crew was at my house at 7am, finished at 7:30 in the dark and picked up all debris. Aaron, the Owner, called me the next day to see if any problems and came the next day to inspect the roof himself. He sent two of his crew back the following day to do some more minor caulking and to wash off a few spots on my vinyl siding that happened when they tore off off roof (by the way, they laid down cloth all around my house to protect yard, deck, patio, driveway, etc) This Company was a delight to work with and clearly customer satisfaction is a must to them I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!
