"The results from A-Line Designs are wonderful. I've had a little bit of differences as far as them telling me how much things are going to cost, like I will get something on my bill that they haven't told me I was going to be charged. A little sample of a rod where the sample that I received and I thought it was going to to be free, it was $60 on my bill plus shipping and handling so all in all it was $90 for the little two inch sample of a rod. I still have that little sample and I did order the rod and the company that sent it took $30 off since I bought it but if I had not chosen that rod that would have been an additional $90 and I was not told that I would be charged for it. They were late in ordering things, there was one order where I had given the okay and everything and it took a month for them to order it. It's just I'm still in the business so I'm real aware of how companies do business. Their opinions and what they've done and all the decorating is beautiful, I'm real pleased with that part of it, it's just that their business practice is I',m not a little sure of. I had a business and I could not have done a quote and then when it came time for the bill, for the bill to be more than the quote. When I got the bill, there was a little note on their that the quilt that I had chosen, they had said that it was going to be so much per yard and on my bill, there's more than that amount per yard. I did talk to them about the sample and I want them just to finish what they're doing. At the very beginning, I told them that I wanted to know how much things cost and they said absolutely. Anyway, there has just been two times where I haven't got the chance to talk to them about the cost of the material or giving me a quote that I thought that that would be the price but as it turns out, they had made a mistake or whatever, my bill was actually different than the quote. I had not had an opportunity to talk to them about that. They're really, really nice. It's not so much the money, I used to give quotes and if I  made a mistake on my quote, I didn't make the customer pay for it so that what I'm used to. Maybe the decorating business is common, I don't know because I never had a decorator before. For pricing, they're not any higher than anybody else."

"The owner and designer of Marble Designs suggested which granite colors would best compliment our cabinets, lighting and home design.  She made style and product suggestions associated with the granite, like the sink, and counter garbage disposal button.  We selected our slab choices, the company came out to measure and template, and installation was done in one day.  The crews were amazingly efficient, and left the areas clean. The owner's project design and color analyst skills are excellent!  Many of the other vendors, just sell you the granite, but don't have much design or color skills to offer the client.  The styles and finishes look really high end and custom, and we are so pleased with the color selections.  We really did our research on this project, and found Marble Designs to be a very popular provider in this field, with a very strong reputation for excellence in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, and the best overall value.  We enjoyed doing business with Marble Designs, and found them to be a professional and well run company.  We loved how the project turned out in all the rooms, and know that it greatly enhanced the value and aesthetics of our home.  We will definitely use Marble Designs on any new build or future remodel projects.  "

"From the moment I met company owner Jo, I knew I was in good hands. She was able to work within my smallish budget and still provide a quality product that fit my vision. I knew pretty well what I wanted and she helped fulfill that vision, providing guidance and advice when I was lost or indecisive. <br /> Adam, the lead contractor, was professional and highly responsive. He almost always returned my calls or text messages within 30 minutes, and usually a lot faster than that. He treated my old house with respect, and handled curveballs like replacing a crazy soffit without batting an eyelash. And the few times (they were VERY few) that I had a question or concern about something, he always said, "we'll fix it" or "we can do that", and he was true to his word.  Head painter Luis was a dream, and a perfectionist. And all the contractors were good about cleaning up and leaving the place tidy at the end of every work day. <br /> The project took about 10 weeks, but that included 3 holidays, a week of delays because various contractors or delivery guys had the flu, and a week waiting for a replacement drawer front because I changed my mind. I did pick the busy season when a lot of people were trying to get their kitchens remodeled before the holidays, but I knew that going in. <br /> All in all, it was a great experience, and I'll probably be calling them again in a couple of years to do the bathrooms.
