"I LOVE MY NEW "Plantation Shutter" along with my regular blinds we had installed in the house. They were very professional and we ahead of schedule. My blinds were installed in two of my bedrooms about 6 days after I ordered them and even though the sales rep said the Plantation Shutters would be installed about 7-8weeks the actually arrived 10days earlier than expected. We are very happy with the custom blinds and shutters we received and are going to tell all our friends and neighbors.

"Wry well. Andy was friendly and efficient. His recommendations were well thought out and functional. Quick worker without seeming “rushed.” At other visits, I even had Andy do some duct maintenance in the attic and some minor auto work."

"It was good and not good. I had to call to find out what was going on with my car. There were lines where you could see they painted and they could not keep a straight line. They had to replace the hood and the front of the hood had some scrapes and looked like it had some of the paint on it. When I went to pick it up the admin assistant looked at it and saw it and agreed it needed to go back ot the shop. I gave it another couple of days and I come back and there is a plastic part where the windshield wiper goes and one side was scuffed and one side was broken.  She had to order the part and it was another a day or two. I wanted my truck back and took it for a few days and brought it back. I called her at 5:30 last night to ask if the truck was done and she said I am so sorry it would be another few days. The end result was good, the hail was fixed but the process to go there is not something I would recommend.  I knew it would probably take awhile to get done. The service was not bad but the communication was bad. The end result was good. They were very thoughtful, professional and I understood why I wanted things done the way I did. I think they were overworked with all the hail damage."

"First they did more, than the choice I was given;my wife passed away and we had plans on a kitchen remodel, floors , paint and carpet, also some windows and doors. And I showed him the plans she had, and the colors and what we were going for, Metroplex came in and took the house that was stuck in the 80’s and brought it to modern day. The crews have attention to detail and do things in areas that no one will see, they are not the cheapest, but quality is not cheap! I was keep informed of all steps and they made a stressful time as easy as possible."
