"After having 2 different vendors look at the roof and performed repairs, the roof still leaked. That's when I called Justin at Ridgid, he had done some HVAC work for me before. After doing the inspection of the roof, Justin and his team gave me detailed analysis of what was going on and what my options were. While the best option would be to replace the whole roof. Justin and his team were honest about the cost and offered to fix the issue first and see if held up. If it worked I could save some money. So they went ahead and fixed the roof. And voila had no issues after that. They were able to resolve the issue at a fraction of the cost for me. Highly recommend, straight forward and honest."

"Lynn and crew were spot on. Work was accomplished over a 2 day span (one day to tear off, one day to install). The crew was careful with personal property and did not let the debris get out of hand. Clean up for leftover metal debris (nails) was thorough and efficient, with different crew members making multiple passes with magnets throughout the yard.
