"My Installer had a few issues, some was hardware. I have two doors that close together and one handles is about 4inches higher. The installer put in our dog door prior to the foam wall install, once installed and adjusted the dog door is no longer lever or square. They did not show up on day 1 as they broke down. I have a covered patio and we were just adding walls, it took saturday and sunday until the sun was down. Seemed like a long process for a few doors and windows. The windows were covered in dust and hand prints all over, they did not clean them before they left. There was small metal fragments were all over the ground inside and out (dangerous for a diabetic)."

Not only that, once we got their money back and the contract from the misleading company back the owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows personally handled the estimate and contract with my brother and his wife himself. He was very understanding when, due to a health situation with my brother, we had to postpone the beginning of the build twice. The owner is one of the nicest men I've ever met, a true and honest Christian businessman. My brother and his wife are so very pleased with their new room, and that pleases me. This is the third sunroom that Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows has built for members of our family and in working with them we have found that the contractors/employees who did the work are the same ones that built the first sunroom for a family member 15 years ago, that in itself says a lot about this business owner and the way he treats others.
