"John was booked three weeks in advanced but was able to squeeze me in on the second Sunday. I purchased an 8 hour deal but he left an hour early. I am guessing that is because time changed that day and his time was on the old clock. He was not able to get my new kitchen faucet to work and took it apart to inspect. He thought it was faulty and advised me to buy another. I attempted to install the same faucet the next day and it worked fine this time. There was a few other things that we couldn't get to because we ran out of time. Aside from the kitchen faucet, everything went well. Very nice guy and easy to work with."

After nearly being “taken” and charged ALOT to just look at the situation, by two other plumbers, Ted examined the pipe, located outside, and declared since it was only slightly bent, he didn,t see a need for any repair...where two others charged me ridiculous fees and one other company wouldn’t,t even give me a copy of the video I had paid for. The other companies said I needed a back hoe, and lots of disruption, a fence torn down, etc, which would have caused me a lot of $$$$$...but Ted was HONEST. He is a decent man, not out to screw customers who have little or no knowledge of plumbing."
