His work crew arrived each morning about eight and left between five and six in the evening after they did a general clean up of the yard. A small issue with missing cosmetic screw plugs for the door window appeared at the end of the job. Even though I had signed off on the project, Chase went the extra mile and made sure to correct the issue (he had to order them twice) himself.
