"I am not a review writer at all, however, I felt it only fair to write a review for Eric and Just Rite HVAC after a wonderful experience. This company and Eric the owner are, in a word, the BEST! I needed main floorâ s central AC replaced. A friend recommended me to Eric. I texted him and he responded with a few hours. setting up an appointment was fast and easy. Eric was knowledgeable and timely. My job was extremely difficult based on the location of my air handler and there was a high chance the ceiling would need to be opened for access. When Eric arrived for the job he inspected further and said he was going to try not to have to open the ceiling for access. He and his crew went well beyond what anybody else would have done and meticulously dismantled the old air handler piece by piece. It was time consuming, difficult and energy consuming. But they were able to do and saved me from having a gaping hole in my ceiling. They did an excellent job setting up the new air handler in the same location and even fixed errors the previous installer had made! The entire crew were highly professional, courteous and clean. They put down drop cloths everywhere and cleaned up everything when they were done. I highly, highly, and without reservation, recommend Eric and Just Rite HVAC and will tell anybody I know about them."

"Rene and Maurico installed a new air conditioning unit in my home. They negotiated fairly and were responsive to my questions. A team of five arrived for the installation. They worked together like a well tuned machine. Everyone knew what they had to do and when to do it. There were no mistakes. They were here by 8:00 am and were finished by 4:30. They answered all my questioned and responded to my phone calls. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and left nothing damaged. More companies should operate like them. "Over the weekend, my heater failed, and because I had previously used Universal Home Services, I called them again in good faith, expecting honesty and fair treatment. Instead, I was met with a shocking display of greed and predatory pricing that the public absolutely deserves to know about. The technician diagnosed the issue as a faulty circuit board. When I asked for the repair cost, I was told it would be $1,100 for the part alone, plus additional labor charges. My eyes nearly popped out of my head. Something felt off, so I did my own research while the tech was still here, and I discovered the exact same part retails for approximately $170. That's not a markup, that's exploitation. I confronted the technician about the outrageous price and immediately declined the service. I fully understand companies need to make profit, and I respect the value of skilled labor. "They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"
