There was a clear plan that was provided, a description of the entire process, start to finish. And a Very Fair Price. In light of the finished product, An Excellent Value, that I am certain of. My project had setback after setback dealing with Engineering hiccups among others. Several times after All Above having scheduled the Concrete Trucks, Labor, Pump, etc I would have to once again ask to push things back. 4 times this happened and I felt terrible about it. And there was ZERO hint of the Office Scheduler feeling put out. That is RARE. For me it is. Through the process of the initial quote, the price, the followup, the numerous questions that arose from the engineer, contractor, myself, . . . Numerous - Denis not once failed to answer my call or promptly respond. Rare indeed. Ruben the owner is Kind, Communicative, Humble, Accommodating, Family Man. And he has put together one Heck of a Team. And ultimately, the hard work, and the Intention, the Attitude, the Care, and yes the craftsmanship. Concrete can be halfway done like anything else. And like a lot of things, A lot can be overlooked if One doesn't know or isn't aware. Homeowners Especially . . . It's the little things that add up into a **** Good Finished Product to stand back and be Really Really Pleased with a things such as this that can turn out a number of different ways. "The overall work went well. However, there was a defect in the concrete near our front door, in plain site, and very visible, where the concrete was cracked and broken just days after the project was completed and we had paid in full. We called multiple times and never received a return call. We then sent an email which he returned and set up a time for repair. This repeated itself for 3 separate events, with the patch failing every time. The last time we heard from him was 4 months ago when he said " I will be glad to come out and address the issue. I will contact you when I have a date." That was in July! Based on their poor customer service, after being paid $36,000, I would not recommend Cane Creek Concrete to any of my neighbors or anyone else."

"John and the team at Jaso exceeded my expectations. I reached out to them in the morning...by that afternoon John was on site and scheduled my work 7 days later! The price was fair (not the cheapest). I paid a little extra because of the quality of work I believed they perform. The team came a week later as promised and built me a 3rd driveway, a new sidewalk, and extended my back patio in about 10 hours. Their crew was professional and the clean up was done really well. "Jim Calloway did an absolutely outstanding job paving my driveway. We live quite a ways up a mountain, so the driveway was quite steep and quite long. Jim did a beautiful job grading and preparing the surface. The driveway came out beautifully and we've already received numerous compliments on it: both looks and drive-ability. It really is outstanding work, both aesthetically and structurally. In addition, Mr. Calloway solved some fairly serious erosion issues we were having. I can't recommend this man enough. Note that he's quite popular, because his work is well-known and respected, so he is busy. Please don't pay attention to the reviews of folks that didn't contract with him. He's busy but once we engaged with him (very competitive bid), he was responsive, very helpful in solving our issues, and did a lovely job. He did the work for exactly what we agreed upon, did it exactly when he said he would, and exceeded my expectations in every way. This man has decades of experience and takes great pride in his work, and it shows!"

"Steve returned my call within 24 hours and had his bid in the next day. It was detailed and very competitive. The unknowns, such as the number of loads to be hauled back and forth, were explained, and any potential overages were spelled out, including costs per run etc. He went out of his way to save us money by finding landowners who wanted the concrete for fill, and others who wanted to get rid of dirt. This won't always be the case, but he will make an effort to assist you if he can. <br /> Steve arrived promptly on the job and finished quickly in a day and a half.
