"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"I called Dan in April and he responded promptly. He came to my house to see the yard area that needed work.  The job was not only to remove thick brush from a piece of land (about 20' x 30'  on the backside of a 10' rock cliff), but also to clean out old farm trash that had been dumped there years ago which the brush had grown over.  This consisted of wood, metal and plastic.  There was also a separate brush pile that I had accumulated (about 8'x8'x4') that I wanted removed. We discussed what they would do and agreed on a price then. He also asked where my septic system was so that he would know where to drive the truck and trailer and verified with me where I wanted him to enter the yard.  Dan and his 3 assistants arrived early (on time) @ 5:30 am.  They worked throughout the day and removed a ton of brush, wood, metal and plastic debris. What I also liked was that the items were disposed of in an environmentally responsible way.  Unbelievable how different the area looks.  This was a difficult job, but the team was coordinated, efficient and finished by 4 pm. Long day! Totally satisfied with the work that they did and would have no issue hiring them again. <br />"
