"Chris was great! He came out on a Saturday, because our schedules were not aligning, and we told him our dilemma. We had a security system installed and was not given the admin access to our system and we had 3 cameras short out. We could not get in touch with the original installer for months and the system company said they couldn't help with a reset password because we weren't intallers!. Chris and Frederico were terrific!! They checked our system and were ready to purchase a new nvr, because we didn't have the passcodes, when our first installer finally gave us the passcodes. Long story short, they installed 3 new cameras with waterproof bases, changed our passcodes, gave them to us and now our system is backup in full! Century Security and Alarms has become our system repair people. We highly recommend them!!"
