"Because we had moved our furniture into the tiled kitchen that Mike would run his water hose through, I asked him if there was any chance the hose might leak and cause damage to our furniture. He assured us that it was not a concern of his. Mike arrived on time and did a pre-treatment spray on the stains that we were hopeful would be removed. Unfortunately after cleaning all carpets, the stains remained. We asked if he could spend more time to remove the stains, but were told he needed to get to his next job. Needless to say we were disappointed. Well there WAS water on the kitchen floor that had occurred during the cleaning process. As Mike was gathering up the hoses, I started wiping up the floor fearful that my furniture would get wet or someone would slip on the tile floor. He did not offer to help clean up and did not seem concerned that his service had not met our expectations. On the positive side, the carpet was very clean except for the stains.  <br />"

"They did a great job with the installation of the ceiling fan and light fixture.  They cleaned up well after their work.  The caulking in the bathroom was done nicely except that the color of the caulk did not match exactly with what we had.  Unfortunately, they were not able to complete everthing:  They were not able to fix the sealant around the bathroom door, install a doorknocker, and could not retouch scratchs on the baseboards.  We were supposed to have the supplies for them to complete the work.  I did not have any baseboard puddy. The screw for the doorknocker was too small for our door and they did not have any screws with them that would have worked.  They also asked to take a sample of the silicon sealant wtih them to a complany that deals with shower doors and get back to us.  We never did get the sample they took.  They had called us a couple of weeks later saying that they could not come back and fix the bathroom door seal. <br />"

"Matt's response was swift. He came and assessed the work that needed to be done and gave what we found to be a fair estimate. Shortly after returning to his office he called back to inform us that he would lower the price because he found that he had a dumpster available for the rubble. As it was a relatively small project he brought an additional worker. Before starting the demolition they searched along the perimeter of the concrete for the presence of lines or pipes. After ascertaining that it was clear they proceeded to cut the concrete into smaller blocks in a professional and efficient manner. No cracks were created in the concrete that remained . They cleared the area of all debris and left it looking nice and clean. They even graciously consented to remove some broken stepping stones that were in the backyard. We were very impressed with their workmanship and the cleanly cut edges of the concrete. Now the landscaper can proceed to putting in sod as there was no appreciable delay because of the quick response. We will have a backyard to be proud of."

"Roofers yes, good.   <br /> Freeman's roofing's  "Carpenters" .  not so much.  was told they would come back out and never saw them again.  I would have done the soffit repairs myself if i knew that was what i was paying for"

"Love the work he did but did not appreciate that he did not come back nor call about completed the additional work. Stll have not heard from him and had to have a roof repair company do the additional repairs. If he has no other work he does good work but ? ? if a person can depend to do all the work necessary. <br />"
